Ms. Pecolia Moore Baldwin

     Mrs. Pecolia Moore Baldwin was the daughter of the late Lester and Tommie Jane Moore.  She was born on August 12,1931 in Hamlet, North Carolina and was called from labor to reward on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, North Carolina.

     Pecolia accepted Jesus Christ at an early age.  She was a lifelong member of Star of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Fairmont.  Pecolia was a member of the culinary ministry, senior choir and usher board until her health declined.

     Pecolia is preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Tommie Jane Moore; husband, Lurcell Baldwin; four daughters, Dolitha Taylor, Joyce Ann Lewis, Cynthia McDowell and Jane Katherine Baldwin Jackson; three sons, Luther Baldwin, Randolph Baldwin and Purcell Baldwin.

    Pecolia will forever be cherished and remembered by her loving daughters; Margaret Pittman, Manhattan New York, Pattie Campbell and Carrie Baldwin of Fairmont, NC; loving sons, Steve Baldwin (Pam), Wilbert Baldwin (Denise) Poconos Florida, Winston Baldwin (Mary), Fairmont, NC, Lester Baldwin (Cassandra) of Lumberton, NC; daughter in law, Linda Baldwin; son-in laws; Nathaniel Taylor, Randy McDowell and Daniel Jackson (Shirley) 33 grandchildren, 35 great grandchild, and 25 great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, a special friend and caretaker, Lucille (Bee) Inman  and a host of relatives and friends.
