Ms. Della Lee Clark

It's with profound sorrow and sadness we officially announce the passing of Della Lee Clark 78 of Lumberton. She transitioned from time to eternal rest on Oct. 15, 2025. 

      Ms. Della Lee Clark of Lumberton, born October 7, 1947 departed this life on October 15, 2025 at her residence.

     She is preceded in death by her husband Howard F. Zeigler Jr. three daughters, Jessie L. Clark, Dorothy B. Oxendine, and Della M. Cervantes, one son, Howard F. Zeigler III, and her mate, Andrew Hunt.

     She leaves to cherish her precious memories to her son, John W. Zeigler of Virginia, daughters, Mary (Greg) Hunt, of Lumberton, NC; Cathaline (Kenny) Bryant of Maxton, NC; and Jessica Lynn Clark of Pembroke, NC; twenty-five grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, a very special niece, Tammy Jacobs of Fairmont, one very special son-in-law, Philip Oxendine of the home who cared for her, a special friend, Carol Locklear and a host of relatives and friends.
