Ms. Claretta Woods

     Claretta Woods, 92, was born in Lumberton, NC August 24, 1928 to the late Jenice K. Lane and Arthur Woods. Claretta was called to eternal rest on January 24, 2021.

    Claretta attended school in Robeson County. She worked in field work and as a caregiver to her family. Raising four generations of children. She devoted her time to her family.

     She was proceeded in death by her parents, five brothers, five sisters, four children, Johnny, Bobby, James and Beulah, three great great grands, Adonis, Bella and Miracle.

      She leaves to cherish her memories, one daughter, Minister Maggie Walters, One son-in-law, Johnny Shannon, one daughter-in-law, Lula Woods, fifteen grandchildren, twenty four, great grands, eighteen great great grands, a host of nieces, nephews and other beloved relatives and friends.
