Ms. Beaulah Williams

     Beaulah Doris Williams, 77 was born on February 13, 1944 to the late Charlie Kale McDowell and Fannie Sarah McNair Hamilton. She entered into peaceful rest on Thursday September 24, 2021.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Charles Williams, one brother, Lydell McDowell and one nephew, Van McDowell.

      Doris attended schools in Proctorville and Fairmont, NC graduating from Rosenwald High School in 1961. She married her sweetheart the late Joseph Lee Williams on July 21, 1962 and moved to New York. Doris started working for IBM in 1969 and retired in 1995. Doris loved playing softball and played for Dome City Of Newburgh.

      Doris joined Best Temple C.O.G.I.C. in 1974 once back in N.C. She attended First Baptist and later became a member of Heaven Bound New Vison Church lead by Bishop Lonnie Nealy.                                                                                                                                

       He leaves to cherish his loving memories, four daughters, Alisa Williams and Fannie Williams of New York, Cheryl Williams Greene (Dwight) of North Carolina and Deborah Alston Barr (Terry), one son, Leon Williams (Malika) of New York and one extended son, Tom, fourteen grandsons, nine great grandchildren, and four extended granddaughters, a host of nieces, nephews other family members and friends.
