Ms. Angie Monike Thompson

     Ms. Angie M. Thompson, known to many as (Monique) was born March 5, 1986 in Lumberton, NC; to Angelina Campbell and Alford Thompson. Angie departed her earthly life on July 9, 2025, at her home with family, leaving behind unforgettable memories, and lots of love and laughter.

   Angie went to E.E. Smith High School and later moved back to Lumberton. She was raised in the Lumberton, Fayetteville ar ea. Angie had a spirit that was contagious and she never met a stranger. If you were looking for Angie, everyone knew she would be at her grandmas and she went missing, she was probably asleep. Actually, it was one of the things she done best. She was affectionately loved by her family and friends. She will be deeply missed.

    Angie is preceded in death by her maternal mother, Ester McNiell, an aunt, Catherine Thompson and her maternal grand mother, Lucille Thompson.

    She leaves to cherish her memories to her two daughters, Akeyah Thompson and Shakera Thompson both of Lumberton, NC; two sons, Tyrone McNeill of Fayetteville, NC; and Treyvon Thompson of Lumberton, NC; one grandchild, Danylah Daniels, mother, Angelina Campbell (Terry Regan) of Lumberton, NC; her father, Alford Thompson of Lumberton, NC; two sisters, Alonda Thompson, Danille Brandt (Cameron), three brothers, Fretral McCrae, Alford Thompson, and Adam Thompson (Candace), great-grandmother, Margie Roberts, ten nephews, six nieces, her aunt, Patricia Davis Love (Larry), four uncles, James Walter Thompson (Vernell), and Allen Ray Thompson (Canner), Jerry Thompson, and Lavender Moore Thompson (Kris), a special friend, Angel Bethea (Derrick) and other relatives and friends.
