Mrs. Leanna Thompson

     Leanna Thompson was born in Chadbourn NC on May 5, 1946 and departed this life on Friday January 28, 2022.

     Leanna attended the Public Schools of Robeson County.

     Leanna loved her family and friends. She loved to entertain and put smiles on everyone faces. Her favorite saying was Don’t’ You Try Me! She never complained and always put others before herself.

      She preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Benjamin and father, Lonnie Benjamin and other siblings.

      She leaves to cherish her husband, Ernest Thompson, four sons, Ernest Lee Jr., Clenel, Richard and Terrell Thompson and one daughter, Elizabeth McNeill (Ellis), eight grandkids, Brandon Chavis, Ernest Trequon Thompson, Dustin Chavis, Brianna Elise McNeill, Valencia Jaylen Nicole Thompson, Ellis Isaiah McNeill, Na’jah Makayla Thompson, A’laini Rae Thompson and one great grand, Royal Nyleek Moore. one brother, John Benjamin (Andrea), three sisters, Arlene Jeralds (Kenny) Marthella Benjamin, Ladonna Kay Watson (Carl) one special nephew, Jeffery McDowell (Zena) one special niece, Leann Stanley and a host of other relatives and friends.
