Mr. Rodney Lamar Johnson

     Rodney L. Johnson departed this earthly life on Monday, September 23, 2024 at Lower Cape Fear Care Center in Whiteville, North Carolina. He was born November 24, 1978 in Lumberton, North Carolina to Doris D. Johnson.

     Rodney is preceded in death by his beloved grandmother: Mary Louise Nichols; His uncle Edward Raymond Johnson,; three aunts: Minnie Ruth Cross, Linda Joyce Nichols, Mary Ellen Cross and one cousin: and Earl Billings Jr.

      To cherish fond memories of Rodney he leaves three children: Brittany Hunt, D'Andre Johnson, and Alicia Floyd; his granddaughter: Maliya Johnson; his mother: Doris D. Johnson; two sisters: Belinda D. Renfrow, Shawn L. Green, and a brother Lawrence Green Jr.; five nieces: Jalyn Renfrow, Anya Mitchell, Tatiana Green, Ashley Green, Diamond Green, Adream Green: two nephews : Johnnie "Tre" Renfrow and Lawrence K. Green, a special aunt Joyce Cross, a special uncle Joseph Cross: and two special cousins, Ontario Johnson, and Tony Johnson. Godmother Leatha Mae Watson.

    Rodney also leaves a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
