Mr. Robert Harry Morris Jr.

     Robert Harry Morris Jr. (Bobby) was born October 6, 1976 in Durham, NC to
Robert Harry Morris Sr and Carolyn Faye Morris. He transitioned to his Heavenly
Home on Saturday, December 16, 2023.
     Bobby graduated from Westover High School in 1994. He served in the U.S. Navy
from 1998 to 2002.
     In his youth, he attended Fayetteville Christian Center under the ministry of
Apostle Maurice Johnson. At the time of his transition, he was a devoted member
of Clyborn Pines Church of God under the leadership of Pastor Richard Barnes in
Lumberton, NC.
      Bobby was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Robert and Alberta
Hawkins and his paternal grandparents, James and Harriet Ellerby.
     Bobby leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Kayla Morris of Lumberton,
NC, as well as his parents Carolyn Morris and Robert Morris Sr. He was a proud
father and stepfather to Durrontae, Avery, Aumarion, Lekaso, Zariah, Robert,
Cayden, Rashon, Alana, Amir, and Jase. Bobby’s memory will also be kept alive
by his siblings Rickey Hawkins of Henderson, NC, Julia Clark (Ramone) of
Fayetteville, NC, Ethirling Hawkins Jr (Renee) of Raeford, NC, and Joy Melvin
(Demarcus) of Fayetteville, NC. He was also loved by a host of aunts, uncles,
nieces, nephews, great nephew, great niece, cousins, and friends.
