Mr. Robert Lee Bryant Jr.

Robert Lee Bryant Jr., 70 of Lumberton formally of Fairmont passed away March 28, 2023.                                                                                                                                                           

Robert was born on April 7,1952 to Robert Lee Bryant Sr. and
Mamie Lacey Bryant in Lumberton, N.C.

He went to St. Madeline Sophie Catholic. He completed High
School in Newport News, VA. He was in the US Army for a short period while living
in Trenton, New Jersey. He later moved back home to Lumberton, NC and
worked in Converse Factory then to Fairmont, NC for over 40 years. He moved
back to Lumberton, NC from 2020 until 2023.

He is preceded in Death by his mother, (Mamie Lacey Bryant); his father (Robert
Lee Bryant Sr); his two brothers (Grover Bryant) and (John Russell Bryant); and a
nephew (Corey Deon Rogers).

He leaves to cherish his memories his companion for 46 years, Jean Thompson
Sturdivant, Lumberton, NC her daughter, Kristen Sturdivant, Fairmont, NC and her
grandson, who Robert Jr. helped raise, Kwinton Hinson, Laurinburg, NC

Three Brothers; Donald E. Bryant Sr., Las Vegas, Nevada; Gary E. Bryant Sr.,
Charleston, South Carolina and William H. Bryant(Jeff), Silver Springs, Maryland

Five Sisters; Prophet Dr. Madeline B. Rogers (Bishop Dr. Roy Rogers) Lumberton,
NC, Josetta B. Gadsden (Allen Gadsden) Fayetteville, NC; Elder Annette B.
Thompson, Lumberton, NC; Jeanette Bryant, New Bern, NC; Carrie I. Bryant,
Hampton, VA and many nephews, nieces and Friends.
