Mr. Rahmeel Ishmeel Townsend

    Rahmeel Ishmeel Townsend, 36, of Charlotte passed away September 8, 2022. 

    Rahmeel was born on July 27, 1986 to Debra Townsend and   Roderick Crawford in Newark, NJ. He was educated in the public school system of Newark, NJ.

    Rahmeel was preceded in death by his maternal Grand Mother, Mrs. Betty J. Townsend and his Maternal Grand Father, Mr. E.T. Townsend.

    He leaves to cherish memories: his loving mother, Mrs. Debra Townsend of Charlotte, NC, his father, Mr. Roderick Crawford, Sr. of Patterson, NJ, a son, Antoine Jahmeel Hicks-Townsend of Charlotte, NC, four brothers, Maurice Townsend of Newark, NJ; Joshua Townsend, Roderick Crawford, Jr. and Frankie Davis all of Charlotte, NC, two half brothers, Kelon Johnson of Georgia and Jakell McMillan of Virginia, one sister, Ebony (Jaylan)    Davis-Morgan of Phoenix, AZ and a half sister, Zharia Crawford of New Jersey, Four Aunts; Denise Grant, South Jersey, NJ;   Sharon Phillips, Pimera, NJ; Tonya Palla, South Jersey, NJ; Laurie Horne, Irvington, NJ.  two great aunts Edna Earl-Grissette, Fairmont, NC; Barbra Sue Taylor, Jonesville, NC, A host of cousins and friends.
