Mr. Qutian Lewis

Mr. Qutian Lewis, 30, of Lumberton passed away June 29, 2020. 

Qutian D’Von (Que) Lewis 30; departed this life on Monday, June 29, 2020. Qutian was born on April 30, 1990 at Southeastern Medical Center in Lumberton, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Winifred & Levolia Mumford and his paternal grandmother Lisha Mae Worley Lewis. Qutian attended the Public Schools of Robeson County and graduated from Fairmont High School in 2008. His favorite sport was baseball. His saying was, “I know the Lord real well cause I used to play baseball with Jesus.” Qutian worked for Harbor Freights in Dillon, South Carolina for 2 years. Qutian had a great sense of humor. He made family and friends laugh whenever he came around. He also had a love for dogs and his fish Oscar. He was a member of The Real Life Church of North Carolina. Qutian will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife: Brittany Lewis of the home; three daughters; Shimyah Ferguson, Asia Lewis both of the home and Zamyira Rollins of Fairmont, NC; two sons: Micheal Ferguson of the home and Emmanuel Williams of Orrum, NC; his father: James Lewis Sr. and his mother: Brenda Lewis of Orrum, NC; two brothers: James (Timieka) Lewis Jr. of Fairmont, NC and Tyrell Oxendine of Lumberton, NC; five aunts: Lisa (Derrick) Arnette, Monick Winiford Adams, Sheria Mumferd, Carolyn (Gordon) Cummings and Cynthia (Rodney) Searcy; seven uncles: Lee (Coretta) Lewis, John Lewis, Stephen (Joyce) Carter, Dennis (Erica) Lewis, Jimmy (Leticia) Lewis, Cedric (Stephanie) Williams and William Mumford; four great aunts: Alice (Joiners) Cadestin of Lumberton, NC, Eloise (Holland) Toomer of Westbury, NY, Beatrice Lewis of Mullins, SC and Carnell Lewis of Westbury, NY; one niece: Cincere Ford of Fairmont, NC; two nephews, Caleb Leggett and Zamir Hardin both of Lumberton, NC, one great uncle: Robert (Gail) Blue of Fairmont, NC; one great, great aunt Dorothy Taylor of Fairmont, NC; eleven special cousins; Za’Bean Lewis, De’Mario Russell, Alisha Chattman, Shambria Williams, Monaco Lewis, Chrishon Mumford, Josiah Mumford, Ronald Mumford, Jonathan Adams, Charles Adams and Juwan Mumford; one special brother: Kendrick Lowery; one special friend: Issac Williams; very special cousins, a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
