Mr. Michael Anthony Page Sr.

December 10, 1957 ~ January 16, 2026 (age 68) 68 Years Old

Mr. Michael Page Sr. Tribute

      On January 16, 2026 Mr. Michael Anthony Page Sr. left a legacy of love when he departed this earthly life at Mcleod Regional Medical Center in Florence, South Carolina.  Michael was the third of eight children, born to Mrs. Dorothy Page Paulk and raised by his grandparents Hubert and Marie Page.

     Michael began his Christian journey when he confessed his belief and love for Christ at an early age. He was baptized and became a member of First Baptist Church. He later joined Mill Branch Baptist Church where he served faithfully. He was a deacon of the church. He was a part of the choir and culinary. He was a very important part of the teaching of God on Sunday morning. He also attended Mill Branch Divinity School where he received a Bachelor of Social Theology with honors, Masters of Religious Education, and Master of Social Theology. He loved “Doc” like a brother.

     He served in the United States Army and later worked at Converse for twelve years. He later worked at Alamac until he retired.

     He loved watching the news and sports. He always extended a helping hand to family and friends in the community. Michael was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He never met a stranger. He was married for forty-eight years to his loving wife. Life won’t be the same without him and he will truly be missed.

     He’s preceded in death by in death by five brothers, Herbert Jr., Lavone Page, Patrick Paulk, Charlie Paulk, George Paulk Jr., and a sister Vanessa Martin.

     He leaves to cherish his precious memories to his loving wife Polly Page, four children Donald Smith (Keyun) of Durham, NC; Nieshia Smith (Rolex) of Fayetteville, NC; Tameka Richardson (Derek Sr.) of Hope Mills, NC; Michael Jr. Page (Britney) of Fairmont, NC; nine grandchildren, Shaniqua, China, Shyonia, Derek Jr, Serenity, Laniyah, Janiyah, Kaley, Kya, one sister, Valerie Paulk of Georgia, two brothers, Shawn Paulk of Georgia and Linwood Stephens (Loraine) five sister-in-law's, Mary McCrae and Myrtle Brayboy (Lawerence) of Fairmont, NC; Geraldine Ruffings of Irvington, NJ; Nancy Smith of Fairmont, NC; three brother-in-law's, David Smith Jr. (Sara) of Sumpter, SC; Charles Smith (Alberta) of Fairmont, NC; and Dwight Martin of Georgia. A host of nieces, nephews and cousins, special daughters, Susan, Kashania, Natalie, Mesha, Michele, Kametchi, Laconya, Melissa, and Jennifer.
