Mr. Larry Lardell Lennon

    Larry Lardell Lennon was born May 22, 1951, in Bladen County NC to Elijah and Beatrice Oliver
Lennon. He was called into eternal rest June 3, 2025 at Angel Hospice House in Whiteville, NC.

    Larry grew up in Bladenboro NC. He attended Spaulding Monroe and Bladenboro schools.
From his early childhood, Larry loved hunting, fishing and being around his friends in the
community.

    Larry worked in the fields for much of his life with his father, uncle, brothers and sisters. He
was a farmer in his community and he later worked for different factories. Larry enjoyed his
life and enjoyed visiting others. Often times he would be seen driving along the roads, waving
and stopping to talk with people. He also was eager to help others.
    Larry was married in the early years to Joyce Thompson Lennon and two children, Jeffrey and
Ambra were added to this union.
    He later married Lynda Burgess Lennon.
    Larry is preceded in death by his father and mother, Elijah and Beatrice Lennon; son, Jeffrey
Lennon; brothers, William, Nathaniel, Carver, Marlon, and Forrest Lennon; sisters, Maxine and
Joyce Lennon.
     Left to hold on to Larry's memories are: his wife, Lynda; daughter, Ambra Lennon of Hampton
VA; stepdaughters, Denise Johnson and Kelly Grant of Maryland; and stepson, Elijah Crawford
of Maryland; grandchildren, Malachi, Akeira, Alyssa, Kaliah, Sharaya, Kyla, Michael Jr, and
Darron Jr; twenty-one step grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one brother; Azro Lennon;
and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
