Mr. Joseph Lee Hayes

      Mr. Joseph Hayes (Bug) age 60 of Fairmont, NC passed away peacefully July 4, 2022. He was born January 8, 1962 to William and Nettie Ruth Hayes.

      He was preceded in death by one brother Willie (Jake) Hayes and one niece Elaine Smith.

     He leaves to cherish his precious memories to his wife of 44 years Linda Hayes of the home, two brothers, Charles Hayes of Fairmont, NC; and William Hayes (Sarahlyn) of Bladenboro, NC; two sisters, Ann Luckey (John) and Kim Hayes both of Fairmont, NC; and a special aunt Joyce Hayes.

      He never had any kids of his own but he helped raise one nephew Little Boy and nieces Pee, Tiney, Woody, Joanne, Relena, and Nina. He also had two very special friends David Townson, Ricky Grissett, and Linwood Hayes. Joseph loved his animals, gardening and fishing
