Mr. Jimmy Lee Johnson

      Jimmy Lee Johnson of Lumberton, NC was born on June 6, 1957 to the late Marva G. Johnson and late Elbert        Stephens. He departed this life on Sunday, September 17, 2023 in Parkton, NC.

    Jimmy worked in many trades in a variety of jobs. Jimmy was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and a friend. He was known and loved for his free spirit and sense of humor. He will be greatly missed.

    He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Alton Stephens.

     He leaves to cherish his memory, a daughter, Brittany Johnson of Winston, Salem, NC, a son, Drexter Johnson of Lumberton, NC, three grandchildren, Bestyn Johnson and Harmony Johnson of Lumberton, NC and Malcolm Johnson of Winston Salem, NC, six sisters, Alice Richardson and    Harrietta Johnson of Lumberton, NC, Edith Graham of Orrum, NC, Alice M. Stephens of Fayetteville, NC, Terry R. Stephens of Raleigh, NC, and Glenda J. Burnett of Las Vegas, Nevada, five brothers, Marvin E. Johnson (Delores) of Orlando, Florida, Victor A. Travis of Atlanta, GA, Cres and Willie Stephens of Raleigh, NC, and Linwood Stephens (Lorene) of Lumberton, NC, nephew and niece, Travis Johnson and Lashonta, caregivers of Lumberton, NC, great niece, Senetra Johnson of Fayetteville, NC along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
