Mr. Jerry Edwards

      Jerry Wayne Edwards was born on February 16, 1955 in Barnesville, NC to the late Bryant and the late Olene Edwards. He  who loved to be called J-Dog made his transition from this life on December 11, 2024.

      He was the life of the party and a teacher to whomever seek  wisdom. He served in the Army and was a protector by nature.

      Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Bryant and Olene Edwards and two sisters, Carolyn Pringles and Pretha Edwards

     Jerry leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Claudia Edwards, one daughter, Constance Edwards, one stepdaughter, Rennett   Coleman Stokes, three sons, Jerry (Latricia) Edwards, Hilton    Edwards and Kevin Buie, one stepson, Barry (Pam) Stokes, six grandsons, Hilton Edwards Jr., Jerry Edwards III, Teddrick Stokes, Daryl Coleman, and DeAngelo Mckenzie, three granddaughters, Kathryn Edwards, Lauryn Edwards and Tyler Stokes, three great grands, Londyn Edwards, Zahri Gonzales Edwards and Devaughn Stokes, four sisters, Wanda Jones Edwards, Sandra Brown, Debra Edwards and Regina Edwards, two brothers, Larry Edwards and Terry Edwards, a host of nephews, nieces cousins and friends.
