Mr. James Graham

     James Richard Graham, son of the late Richard Patterson Graham and Luvenia Arnette Manning Graham, was born on July 5, 1940 in Robeson County.  On Saturday, October 24, 2020, James Richard Graham departed his life early morning hours at home

    James Richard Graham gave the Lord his life at a young age , in his early years he attended Robeson Community College where he became a skilled auto mechanic Which he was Better known as the Best Mechanic in Rowland NC,    where he loved  &  served in his  community as “Mr. J.R.”  . In 1988 he became a member of the Masonic Olive Branch Lodge Chapter # 93 of Rowland in North Carolina,  James also was A skilled tractor-trailer driver for many years.  James became a faithful member of Aaron swamp Baptist church of Fairmont North Carolina.  He was a devoted steward opening the doors of the church Faithful and promptly as needed and he  loved working as a Chairman of the Trustee board and as a assistant adult Sunday school Teacher.

     Trustee James Richard Graham was preceded in death by, the love of his life, his wife, Evangelist Thadis William Graham, three sons, Harold Lee Williams, Donald McDuffie, Reginald Graham, one daughter Karen D. Graham, also one sister Katrina Graham Sawyer.

    He leaves to cherish his memories; six daughters, Sharon Graham Bernard, Jamie Graham, Luvenia Graham (Chandler) Meekins, Revah Graham (Pastor William) Jolly of Lumberton North Carolina; Cedderina Graham (Pastor Lonnie) Nealy, Audrey (Minister Aaron) Floyd of Fairmont North Carolina; one son, Jason McCallum of Rowland North Carolina; 30 grandchildren and 52 great grandchildren, special aunts, Annie Mae Isaac, Alberta McMillian (Billy) both of Winston Salem, North Carolina. In-laws Alonso (Willie Mae) Williams , Doris Williams of Lumberton, North Carolina; Martha Powell, David William, Samuel William of New York; Steve (Diana) William of Richmond, Virginia, Alfred Mitchell of Rowland North Carolina. And a host of nieces nephews cousins relatives and friends
