Mr. Clifton Coleman Jr.

     Mr. Clifton Coleman Jr., 64, of New York transitioned from time to eternal peace on June 15, 2020. 

     Mr. Clifton Coleman Jr., son of the late Mr. Clifton Coleman Sr. and Mrs. Helen Granger Coleman was born on December 3, 1955 in Lumberton, NC. He was called from Labor to reward on Monday, June 15, 2020 at Richmond University Medical Center, Staten Island, NY. Mr. Clifton received his education from the Public Schools of Robeson County, Fairmont, NC. Clifton joined Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church at an early age. He worked for a while at Fair fold and decided to make a career change and then went to work as a security guard in Manhattan, New York until his health declined.

    Clifton was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Debra Coleman, his father, Clifton Coleman Sr., his mother, Mrs. Helen Granger Coleman, two sisters, Mrs. Marcia McCollum and Ms. Bernadette Coleman.

     Clifton leaves to cherish his precious memories, two God daughters, Ms. Tiashamika Baldwin and Mrs. Santana (Marvis) Andrews of Lumberton, NC, five siblings, Mrs. Pamela (Steve) Baldwin, Ms. Sabrina Coleman, both of Fairmont, NC, Rev. Terry (La Shunda) Coleman of Hope Mills, NC; Mrs. Donna (Rev. Jackie) Moody and Mrs. Denise (Tommy) Lyons of Fairmont, NC; four aunts, Mrs. Bertha Mae Colvin of Upper Maryland, Mrs. Betty McConnell of Brooklyn, NY; Mrs. Carlie H. Coleman of Fairmont, NC and Mrs. Hilda Hubbard, nine nieces and two nephews, a host of cousins and, friends.
