James Kay McNair

       Mr. James Kay McNair was born on May 28, 1956 in Robeson County. He departed this life on February 27 2021 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton.

       He worked for the city of Lumberton for thirty plus years until he retired.  He attended Providence Church until his health declined. He loved his wife, watching westerns and loved to build and do carpenter work.

     He was preceded in death by his mother, Leola McNair.

     He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his wife, Juanita of the home, one stepdaughter, Francine Fisher of Lumberton, NC; one sister, Bernice Cromartie of Lumberton, NC, two brothers, Ray Lee McNair and Howard McNair of Lumberton, his mother-in-law, five sister-in-laws, two brother-in-laws nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
