Mrs. Jennette (Leggett) McCallum

     Mrs. Jennette Leggett McCallum, daughter of Naomi Leggette was born February 8, 1939 in Lumberton, NC. She departed this earthly life on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

     She received her education in the Public Schools of Robeson County. She was employed for many years at the Robeson County Jail. She was a kind hearted person, and loved to cook and feed everyone.

     She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband, Darius McCallum of the home, one daughter, Deloris Holmes, Mary Mitchell (that she called her daughter that took care of her in sickness and health), three grandchildren, one special niece, Cemeco Powell, and a special nephew, Randy Powell, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
