Mr. Weldon McLean

       Mr. Weldon McLean, son of the late Evander McLean Jr. and Margaret Annette McLean was born Dec. 23, 1946 in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this earthly life on December 22, 2018 at Southeastern Health in Lumberton, NC.

     Weldon graduated from East Side High School in 1965. He was in the air force for seven years where he was a airplane engine mechanic. He was married to his loving wife, Dosha McLean on December 22, 1995.

     He was proceeded in death by his Parents, Evander McLean Jr. and Margaret Annette McLean, two step children, Charles Smith and   Esceleta Smith, three brothers, Rosevelt Snow,    Elijah McLean and James Hatten McLean and two sisters, Ruby McLean and Mary Humphrey.

    He leaves to cherish his fond memories, his loving wife, Dosha McLean of Fairmont, NC; step children, Marion Manning and Irish Floyd (Richard Blue) of Fairmont, NC and Tarry Johnson (Herbert) of Lumberton, NC, fourteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one sister, Sallie Gunter (James) of Fayetteville, NC; two brothers, James Earl Snow (Ayette) and Harlee McLean (Sharon) all of Fayetteville, NC; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
